At IPTV4KCanada, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer high-quality IPTV services and support, and we aim to provide a smooth experience for all users. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Free Trial Before Payment
We provide a free trial so customers can test channel quality, device compatibility, speed, and overall service performance before buying a subscription.
Because of this, all sales are final once the subscription is activated.
2. No Refund After Activation
Due to the nature of digital IPTV services:
- Once your subscription (M3U, login, or portal activation) is delivered,
- And once the service has been used or activated,
Refunds are not available.
3. Exceptions (Eligible Refunds)
A refund may be issued ONLY in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment (customer was charged twice for the same order).
- Service not delivered within 24 hours from payment.
- Credentials do not work AND our support team cannot fix the issue.
If an issue is caused by the customer’s device, internet speed, Wi-Fi, VPN, or player settings, refunds will not be issued.
4. IPTV App Purchases
We do not refund purchases for third-party apps or media players (e.g., IPTV Smarters, Tivimate, SmartOne, etc.).
These apps are separate companies with their own payment and refund policies.
5. Internet / Device Responsibility
IPTV4KCanada is not responsible for:
- Slow internet speed
- Blocked ports from ISPs
- Device incompatibility
- Customer-side configuration errors
Our support team will assist, but these issues do not qualify for a refund.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you qualify for a refund (duplicate payment or service not delivered), contact us:

- Order number
- Email used during purchase
- Payment proof
We respond within 24–48 hours.
