Free Trial Before Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide a <strong>free trial<\/strong> so customers can test channel quality, device compatibility, speed, and overall service performance before buying a subscription.<br>Because of this, <strong>all sales are final once the subscription is activated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. No Refund After Activation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the nature of digital IPTV services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once your <strong>subscription (M3U, login, or portal activation)<\/strong> is delivered,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And once the <strong>service has been used or activated<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refunds are not available.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Exceptions (Eligible Refunds)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A refund <strong>may<\/strong> be issued ONLY in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Duplicate payment<\/strong> (customer was charged twice for the same order).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service not delivered<\/strong> within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> from payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Credentials do not work AND our support team cannot fix the issue.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If an issue is caused by the customer\u2019s device, internet speed, Wi-Fi, VPN, or player settings, <strong>refunds will not be issued<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. IPTV App Purchases<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We do <strong>not<\/strong> refund purchases for third-party apps or media players (e.g., IPTV Smarters, Tivimate, SmartOne, etc.).<br>These apps are separate companies with their own payment and refund policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Internet \/ Device Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>IPTV4KCanada is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Slow internet speed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blocked ports from ISPs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Device incompatibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-side configuration errors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our support team will assist, but these issues do <strong>not<\/strong> qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
